We have had a great experience booking this Air BnB run by Big Chief Vacation Properties for two years now! The host is very responsive and helpful. The Rio Guadalupe Condos are in a great location, have a spacious and comfortable layout, and the views can’t be beat. They do have rules in place designed to keep the property quiet and private and as long as you read and follow them, as you should when renting someone else’s property, you will have no problems. If you don’t read them or follow them, they will be enforced. Iff season rules are relaxed quite a bit so co wider that when choosing your dates. We look forward to returning next summer for another stay at Rio Guadalupe #107!

Big Chief properties is wonderful to work with in planning vacations. We have used them several times and each experience has been wonderful. We stayed at the Comal Haus with our extended family, 10 adults and 8 kids, for thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the expansive porch and enjoying the beautiful view of the river. There was plenty of space for the family to relax and have our own space.We have also stayed at the Rapids house next door for a girls weekend and loved the fun vibe of the house. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed!

We were looking for a place to have my husband‘s 40th birthday party, and the Magnolia River Haus had it all! The sleeping accommodations for our family & friends, a large sized pool that was able to be heated, the options to rent multiple golf carts, and even came with river access to fish & tube for our family to enjoy! Everything was so fresh and clean when we arrived which was wonderful to start the weekend! We had 8 adults and 7 kids that stayed at the house very comfortably. Four rooms have king size beds, and two other rooms were able to sleep all of the kids with bunk & trundle beds! It even had a sleeper sofa in the upstairs game room, if more guest needed to stay the night as well! The location was great in downtown New Braunfels. Just a short walk or ride to local bakeries, the grocery store or nearby restaurants & bars! We were able to cook every meal for the party on site, it was like being at home. We grilled out with the propane & flat top grills provided. The house is on stilts which provided a nice covered area for us to set up tables and chairs. It also created a nice breeze throughout the whole weekend. We will undoubtedly be staying here again, and checking out more of the big chief vacation rental properties they have! Do yourself a favor and book this place! You will not be disappointed and will want to book again! Thank you for a great weekend!

Absolutely, hands down the best vacation rentals in New Braunfels. The staff is amazing, so sweet and accommodating. I’ve rented several of their properties and they are all so clean, comfortable and decorated so nice. I’ll definitely keep referring people to them.

Awesome company to do business with. They are extremely accommodating & very proficient.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay @ both The Haus on the Rapids & The Magnolia River Haus. We used the golf carts to toot around town & that made everything so convenient. We parked our cars & forgot about them for a week! Our tubes were delivered directly to our house and we didn't even have to think about that issue. Our ck in & ck out procedures were effortless as well. Big Chief seems like a well oiled machine.
