Comal Haus truly has it all! This beautiful, spacious, fully furnished luxury home is located right in the heart of all the great things New Braunfels has to offer. The home is nestled directly on the Comal River between the tube shoot and public exit. Schlitterbahn is located directly across the river. Comal Haus can comfortably accommodate 20+ guests. We want everyone to enjoy being outside as much as we do, so we added a 2000 sq ft deck overlooking the river. The deck is accompanied by a large outdoor kitchen and bar/hangout area with big screen TV and bar seating. If you’ve had just a little too much fun outside, the large entertainment room upstairs is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the water. Whether you want to swim in the crystal clear water, shop downtown, grab a bite to eat at the many downtown restaurants, catch a game at a bar, take a quick drive to historic Gruene or just RELAX this is the home for you. We offer all the comforts of home with many extras!

The main floor has a large master ensuite (12×24) with King size bed, electric fireplace and private balcony. Also, on the main level of the Coma Haus, are three more bedrooms consisting.of 2 Queen bedrooms. One with an en suite and 1 with a shared shower/tub combo bathroom. Lastly, the bunk room can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests on twin beds.
Upstairs features a studio apartment with kitchenette, full bath with large walk in shower, and a deck with spiral staircase leading back down to the main level.
Recently added Bar/Hangout room has a large screen TV and bar seating on the first level that opens up to the deck overlooking the Comal River. Easy access down to the river. The outdoor kitchen is complete with a propane grill and Blackstone griddle. Lastly, there is an outdoor shower guests can use at their convenience!
