Haus on the Rapids is nestled directly on the banks of the Comal River between the rapids and last public exit. Take in the peace and quiet on the shaded deck. Stairs leading down off the deck will allow you direct access into the Comal River. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Downtown shopping, dining, and nightlife is only a 5 minute walk away. Located directly across the Comal River from Schlitterbahn. Gruene is a short 10 minute drive. 5 minute drive to I-35.
Haus:
The master bedroom has a King size bed and walk-in shower. The master has a beautiful view overlooking the deck and Comal river. The 2 Queen size bedrooms share a bathroom/tub combo. One of the Queen bedrooms has a view of the deck and river. There is also an additional Queen bedroom off the main house. There is also a Queen fold out couch in the living room to accommodate 2 additional guests. The huge fully stocked kitchen with bar seating has all the luxuries of home. Living room has a large screen TV as well as the best view of the river.
Deck:
The shaded deck has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your early morning coffee or afternoon beverages while listening to the river. Grill something up on the two outdoor grills located on the deck. Additionally, the covered patio has 2 picnic tables to add to the outdoor seating.
River Access:
Enjoy your private access into the river. Stair access leads directly into the crystal clear Comal river.
