This 120-acre ranch conveniently located minutes from I-35 in New Braunfels, TX offers something for everyone- most notably the custom in-ground, party style pool complete with a windmill water feature and attached cabana, truly a one-of-a-kind oasis full of rustic charm!
After relaxing in the pool, many activities await. Catch a big one fishing on the 22-acre lake full of bass and catfish, improve your golf game on the putting green, play a game of darts or billiards in the outdoor game room or just go cruising and enjoy the views of the Texas Hill Country. After having some fun, pull up a chair and kick back on the patio which offers a gas fire pit, two flat-screen TVs, a large outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a flattop griddle, and a beautiful built-in bar. It’s easy to entertain and cook for a crowd here! A large covered pavilion provides plenty of seating for all.
Inside the barndominium you’ll find an open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, and gas range, plus a glass garage door that can be opened up to the outdoor patio for taking full advantage of the indoor/outdoor living when the weather is nice. Industrial finishes are found throughout the home which accommodates up to 16 with two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom sleeps 4 with a king bed and twin bunks and the 2nd bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps 10 on twin bunk beds. In the living room, there’s a queen size pull out sofa bed. All linens are provided. There’s also a full-size washer/dryer if needed.
Tons of nearby attractions including live music, shopping, and yearly events- some of which include- Texas Ski Ranch, Freiheit Country Store, Creekside Shopping Center, H‑E‑B Plus, and Buc-ee’s all under 10 minutes away. Gruene Hall, downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest, Guadalupe River, Comal River, Landa Park and more are all a 15-20 min drive. Tanger Premium Outlet Mall in San Marcos is right down I-35 as well.
