Our stunning barndominium offers over 5,500 square feet of thoughtfully designed entertainment and living space, blending rustic charm with modern comfort for an unforgettable stay.

As you enter the main room, you're greeted by a breathtaking 25-foot showcase wall adorned with cowboy hats and warm copper tile — a true statement piece that sets the tone for the entire space. At the heart of the room is an 18-foot custom bar, thoughtfully designed for entertaining and gathering. Whether you're mixing cocktails, sharing stories, or watching the game, this space is built to impress. The bar is fully equipped with everything you need:
• Nugget ice maker
• Mini-fridge
• 3-compartment commercial bar sink

You'll also find a high-top table for four, two cozy conversation areas, and entertainment options for every mood — including a regulation-size pool table, a 14-foot shuffleboard table, and a ping-pong table for friendly competition. Guests will enjoy not having to miss a minute of the big game on either of our 85" HDTVs. Lastly, the expansive space offers three elegant banquet tables, sprawling over 25 feet with seating for 15, making this the perfect setting for family dinners, celebrations, or intimate moments.

Gather, cook, and make memories in this open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space designed for connection and comfort. The large, fully equipped kitchen features a six-burner stove with a griddle, a full-size fridge, and tons of counter space—great for everything from big family breakfasts to group dinners.

Just off the kitchen, you'll find a separate pantry and coffee bar area with a mini fridge—perfect for keeping drinks and snacks handy. The big dining table seats everyone, whether you're sharing a meal, playing board games, or just chatting over coffee.

Our luxurious master en-suite features a king-size bed with luxurious linens, two oversized leather sitting chairs, 55" HDTV, and sliding double doors that open directly to private patio seating — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The expansive master bathroom offers true spa-like comfort with double vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

The oversized master closet doubles as our bunk room, which includes a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for 2 adults or up to 4 kids, plus comfy bean bag chairs and games to keep the little ones entertained.

Our secondary king bedroom with luxurious linens has plenty of clothing storage space with a 6-drawer dresser and walk-in closet. Step into our oversized Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower complete with a handheld sprayer. Guests will surely love the separate makeup vanity and mirror! Our double queen bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements, tasteful decor, a 6-drawer dresser, and a 55″ HDTV. The oversized closet features a separate workspace and a twin-size pullout couch for one additional guest.

Welcome to Homestead House – Cozy Farmhouse Retreat

Enjoy over 2,000 sq ft of charming farmhouse comfort at Homestead House. This inviting home features three spacious king bedrooms, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Relax in the spacious living room filled with natural light, comfortable sitting chairs, and a queen-size foldout sofa—ideal for extra guests. An HDTV is ready for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The fully stocked armhouse-style kitchen will surely make guests feel at home. The butcher-block counters, full-size fridge and dining table for 6 make this space ideal for entertaining. Guests who need to work on their getaway will enjoy the sunroom/workspace area. A separate laundry room makes laundry a breeze.

The shared hallway bathroom offers a classic tiled shower/tub combo, a pedestal sink, and adorable western-style wallpaper that adds a touch of rustic charm.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king-size bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle for added sleeping options. Step right out onto the patio for fresh air and quiet moments.

Step outside and soak up the sun in this backyard built for fun and relaxation. Enjoy multiple outdoor seating and dining areas—perfect for savoring morning coffee, sharing family dinners, or engaging in late-night chats under the stars.

Cool off in the inground pool featuring built-in seating and easy stair entry, or stretch out on the chaise lounges for some poolside lounging. Catch the big game or a movie on the massive 85" outdoor HDTV while you float or grill nearby.

The poolside cabana is fully stocked for entertainment and convenience, with a full-size fridge/freezer, bar-height seating, an additional 55″ HDTV, and even a ring toss game to keep the fun going.

::Airport Shuttle Transportation::
New Braunfels is conveniently located less than 1 hour from San Antonio International Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels, making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation is dependent on availability, so ample time is greatly appreciated.

Let us arrange for even more luxury during your stay with us! Escape the stress of everyday dining and savor a private meal prepared for you in the comfort of your vacation rental during your stay with us. Luggage drop-off service is provided to our guests for your convenience. Simply let us know, and we will take care of storing your bags until our 4 PM check-in time. This way, you can explore the city without being weighed down by your belongings.

::Pet Policy::
Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
